This landmark deal centers around a consumer loan portfolio worth approximately 2.8 billion Swedish krona—equivalent to about $297 million. Through this transaction, Avida is effectively able to reduce its risk-weighted assets by a sizable 1.8 billion krona, enhancing its financial flexibility and potentially freeing up capital for future growth.
